Billing

Dr. Schmid's practice is a private billing practice. Full payment is required on the day of your appointment. Medicare claims can be processed on your behalf on the same day. We do not provide bulk billing.
Surgical fees are payable seven days prior to your surgery date.
Please be aware that for most procedures and most levels of private health cover, there will be some out-of-pocket expenses in addition to what your insurer covers. Dr. Schmid and his team will ensure you are fully informed of any expected costs before confirming your surgery.
