When you have an appointment, you go through the usual. Another appointment you can tick off your list. This visit, I was expecting just that but I went in. Had good news from the start and the doctor went through my paperwork, spoke about some health issues I have... No one has ever said let's try and do something about it. I have asked multiple times over the years if there's anything that may help but everyone either isn't specialised in it or says it's not important so I had given up on even mentioning it.

But my doctor this time was the one that said, no, we are doing something about it. I was almost in tears. Since being a teenager and finally now someone who can see and knows what they're talking about.
